Lyndy Wackler — two decades on the Kenai Peninsula.
A small, focused practice built on long relationships, deep local context, and a calm presence in the most important transactions of your life.
Built on the river, written one client at a time.
Lyndy grew up between Soldotna and Kasilof in a family that fished commercially in Cook Inlet and built homes on the side. Real estate was always in the background — until 2006, when she made it the foreground.
In the years since, she has represented first-time buyers stretching for a starter home in Sterling, multi-generational families assembling acreage in Nikiski, and investors quietly building rental portfolios across Soldotna. Her practice is intentionally small — a few dozen transactions a year — because that's what's needed to do the work the way she wants to do it.
When she isn't working, she's most likely on the upper Kenai with a fly rod, on a school-bus run with her two kids, or out at the Soldotna Creek Park concerts on a Wednesday night.
How we work.
Buying philosophy
We don't shop — we evaluate. Every showing comes with comps, context, and an honest read on long-term value.
Selling philosophy
Prepare, price, and present like the home deserves it. Half the work happens before we ever go to market.
